Yes. Email hello@airhausrentals.com at least 48 hours before your event and we'll move your reservation to any available date, no fee. One thing to know: moving the date does not restart the refund clock. If you later cancel a rescheduled rental, the refund is figured from your original event date.

No. We deliver, set up, and walk you through safety and operation. Once everything is inflated, anchored, and ready, we leave. A responsible adult (18+) must be present and supervising the unit at all times during your rental. We return at the end of your rental window for teardown. If you would rather not hand that job to a guest, add an Event Attendant for $125 and one of us stays for four hours and does it.

The Tree Haus is our smallest unit: 9.5 feet wide by 8 feet deep and just 5.5 feet tall, so it fits yards and patios the bigger units can't. We still need a 4-foot clearance on every side and a flat, mostly-level surface. If you're not sure, send us a photo of your yard before booking and we'll let you know.

Dry: kids bounce, slide, climb, no water involved. Wet (+$75): we connect a hose to the splash pool at the base of the slide. Kids slide into water, splash around, get soaked. Wet setup is recommended for warm weather (75°F+) only. Note: we provide the hose and connections; you provide the water (an outdoor spigot near the setup area).

Designed for ages 1-8, capacity up to 6 children at once. Older kids and adults can damage the unit and void our coverage. Please don't.

Grass is best. We can set up on concrete or pavement using sandbag anchors instead of stakes. Just let us know at booking so we bring the right gear.

We bring a theater-scale inflatable screen, a true 4K projector with cinema-grade HDR, and 5.1-channel surround sound, set it all up, and dial everything in before showtime. Once the sun is down the picture is bright and crisp, and the projector runs whisper-quiet, so all you hear is the movie. When the night wraps, we handle teardown. After dark, always. No projector outshines the afternoon sun, so a daytime showing would look washed out and dim. We would rather tell you that here than have you find out at 2 PM. Showtime follows sunset: we arrive and set up while it's still light out, so the screen is up and dialed in the moment the sky is dark enough for a crisp picture.

The inflatable screen stands 16 feet wide and 10.5 feet tall, with a 6.5-foot-deep base. The picture itself is 13 by 8 feet, a 15.5-foot diagonal. Beyond the screen's footprint, plan open lawn in front for the projector and your seating, and keep the airspace above clear of low branches and wires. Not sure your space works? No. Streaming apps are built into the projector, including Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and the other major services. Sign into your account over your home WiFi and pick anything in your library. Prefer your own device? You can plug one in over HDMI instead.

No. We do not hold money on your card, even though the Light Haus travels with professional projection and sound equipment. The rental agreement covers it instead: if that equipment is lost or damaged beyond normal wear, we can charge the card you booked with for repair or replacement, and we will always tell you what we found before we do. Your only job is to keep drinks and curious hands away from the projector table.

The projector and sound gear can't run in rain. If weather forces us to cancel, you choose: reschedule for any available date, or a full refund. Same policy as every Airhaus rental.

We photograph the full setup: the unit, the welcome sign, the ball pit, your backyard ready to go. These are delivered as a downloadable gallery within 24 hours. Every booking includes setup photography at no extra charge.

Never. At setup we'll ask which kids have photo permission and which don't. We can shoot wide and avoid faces if you'd rather. Your photos are yours. We only use them in our marketing if you opt in separately.

We arrive 60-90 minutes before your rental window starts. Setup takes 30-45 minutes. We're done and out of your way before your first guest shows up.

A little rain usually is not a problem. Heavy rain, lightning, and sustained winds over 15 mph are. If the weather is not safe to operate in, we make the call and give you the choice of moving your rental to another available date or receiving a full refund. We would rather cancel a rental than take a chance with your kids or our equipment.

Yes. We carry general liability coverage and we're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance if your venue, HOA, or park requires one. Just ask at booking.

Sometimes, it depends on the site. We'll need power within about 100 ft, and we can bring a generator for $50 if the site has none. Most parks require a permit and a Certificate of Insurance naming the venue, which we're happy to provide. Check with us before you book the space so we can confirm we can serve it.

Yes. We send a digital waiver before your event. One signature from a parent or guardian covers all kids using the unit at your party. Takes 30 seconds.

Cancel 7 or more days before your event and you get a full refund. Between 48 hours and 7 days out, you get a full credit toward a future booking, or a 50% refund if you would rather have the money back. Inside 48 hours the rental is non-refundable, because we can no longer rebook the date. If we cancel, for weather or anything else, you always choose between rescheduling and a full refund.
