Before you book
How much space do I need?
The Play Haus needs a 13-by-8-foot footprint plus four feet of clearance on every side. The Great Haus needs 17 by 13 feet, the same side clearance, and no low branches or wires. Send us a yard photo if you are unsure.
Can you set up on pavement?
Yes. Grass is preferred, but pavement or concrete can work with sandbag anchors. Select the correct surface during booking so we bring the right equipment.
What happens if the weather turns?
For sustained winds over 15 mph, lightning, or heavy rain, we cancel the setup and you choose a new available date or a full refund.
Can you set up at a Nutley park or venue?
Sometimes. Venue requirements vary, and permits or a Certificate of Insurance may be required. Contact us before reserving the location so we can confirm the setup.
