This policy explains what information Airhaus Rentals collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple, and we do not sell your information.

When you make a booking or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and event or delivery address. If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects standard analytics data such as pages viewed, general location, device type, and referring site. It helps us improve the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics using a browser extension provided by Google.
We only add you to our mailing list if you opt in, either by signing up on our website or by checking the optional marketing box at checkout. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Our list is managed through Brevo. You can also unsubscribe by emailing hello@airhausrentals.com.
With your permission, we may photograph the setup and event to use in our marketing and social media. You can decline at any time by emailing us.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, including Supabase (where your booking is stored), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), Netlify (website and booking system hosting), Google Analytics (website usage), and Google Ads (measuring which advertising leads to bookings). Each uses your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Our website uses cookies for analytics and basic functionality. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as well if you do.
We also store a small amount of information in your browser itself. While you are filling in a booking, your details are kept in that tab so you do not lose them if you step back through the form, and they are cleared when you close it. Separately, if you arrive by clicking one of our ads, we store the click identifier Google adds to the link and the campaign it came from for up to 90 days. That is how we tell which advertising actually leads to bookings rather than guessing. It holds no name, email address, or phone number, and clearing your browser data removes it.
We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the business, meet our legal and tax obligations, and maintain proof of any agreements you accepted. We keep mailing list information until you unsubscribe.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@airhausrentals.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Our services are intended for adults arranging events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Bookings must be made by someone 18 or older.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date below. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
