Bounce houses, indoors.

A cold weekend, a rainy forecast, or a winter birthday. Our bounce houses set up inside too: in a finished basement, a playroom, a garage, a school gym or a church hall. We deliver it, set it up and secure it on your floor, and take it down when the party is over.

Which Haus fits your room

Measure the ceiling. We'll do the rest.

Height is what decides it indoors. Each Haus needs its footprint plus a few feet of space around it, and a ceiling higher than the top of the unit.

What we need inside

A clear floor, an outlet, and the ceiling height.

Book online and write "indoors" in the notes with the room size and the ceiling height. If you are not sure, email us a photo of the room at hello@airhausrentals.com and we will tell you which Haus fits.

Basements, playrooms and garages at home, and school gyms, church halls, firehouses, community rooms and daycares for bigger groups.

  • The footprint plus a few feet of space on every side
  • A ceiling higher than the top of the Haus
  • A regular power outlet within about 100 feet
  • A heads up about stairs and doorways, so we plan the carry
  • Sandbag anchors on a ground tarp, nothing into your floor
Indoor rental questions

Before you book

Can a bounce house go in a basement?

The Tree Haus can, in most finished basements. It is 5 feet 5 inches tall, so a standard 8 foot ceiling leaves plenty of room. The Play Haus needs a ceiling of at least 9 feet, and the Great Haus needs a gym or a hall.

Do you put anything into the floor?

No. Indoors we hold the Haus in place with sandbag anchors and set it on a ground tarp, so nothing is screwed or staked into your floor.

Is it loud?

The blower runs the whole time the Haus is up, so plan on some background noise, the same as outside.

What if the weather is bad?

Rain does not matter indoors. If snow or ice makes the roads unsafe, we make the call early and you choose a new date or a full refund.

Can you set up at a school, church or hall?

Yes. Venue rules vary, so check with them before you book the room, and tell us the ceiling height. For school and community events, see our school and community page.
